Who am I
I’m Jan, M.Sc. in Sports and Exercise Science (TUM). I help people stay strong, mobile, and independent. Not just pain-free today, but capable for decades to come. My work is built on evidence-based strength training, progressive overload, and intelligent recovery. No gimmicks, no passive treatments, no quick fixes. With over five years of experience in sports therapy, group training, and sports nutrition, I combine scientific precision with a deliberate, personal approach.
